The Guide to Classes

This Matters!

Failure to master the basics will result in poor technique, wrong muscle engagement, injuries, accidents, and growth regression. Without proper groundwork, you won’t understand which muscle groups should be engaged to progress safely. As a result, it raises your chances of getting injured in the process. Mastery of the fundamental moves allows you to execute advanced tricks smoothly. Without this, you’ll fall back to where you started. Forget about completing a simple routine or even joining in on competitions if you forego learning the basics.

We require all new students to take Intro to Pole to start your new favorite thing! However, if you have taken a pole fitness class before,
but just not with us, please feel free to contact us so we can recommend a better alternative!

How to Sign up for Classes

The two easiest ways to sign up for classes are through our Schedule page or the Mindbody App! There you can find classes, read their descriptions and see who’s teaching them!


To Sign Up Online:
  1. Select the class you want to sign up for then press the book button.
  2. From there you will be prompted to make an account.

We understand it’s nerve-wracking to do something new and not feel prepared! To take off some stress we came up with a little list of things that are helpful to have around but not required to amp up your Pole Experience!
  • Water Bottle!

    More often than not we always forget it but trust us when we say... THIS IS A WORKOUT! Keep yourself hydrated throughout class!
