Studio Rules & Policies
Class Cancellation/No Show Policy
Boston Pole Fitness has a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes AND waitlist reservations. Students can make as many scheduling changes as needed, for FREE, up 12 hours before your class start time. No shows and late cancellations will be charged an additional $10 fee & lose their scheduled class. To ensure the safest experience, students must arrive 5 minutes before their allotted class time. Showing up on time is crucial to participate in warm up to prevent injury during class. Any students who arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be guaranteed a space, and forfeit their class. Additionally, all class packages must be used before their expiration date– we only provide extensions in the event of a medical emergency.
All students are responsible for their class schedule, waitlist reservations, cancellations, reading class descriptions to attend appropriate class level & location.
BPF does not do any scheduling for students. All students are responsible for scheduling & making changes to their class and waitlist reservations, including their cancellations.

Class Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, we strongly encourage students to sign up on the waitlist.
Student cancellations happen VERY often, so plan to attend any classes you are waitlisted for.
Here are some useful waitlist tips & rules:
- Students will receive an email/ text letting you know you have been taken off the waitlist.
- You must opt in for notifications on your student account to receive text/email updates.
- You are responsible for keeping track of waitlisted classes, even if notifications are not sent!
- Students may be placed into a class up to 4 hours prior to the start of class time.
- Cancellations must be done before you make it into the class or 12 hours prior to the class start time.
- If you do not plan to attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist
- if you make it in less than 12 hours prior to the start of class time and decide not to take the class you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee and lose the class.
- If you are added into class, you will be held to the same 12 hour cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for

Purchase Policy
- All sales are final.
- Purchases may not be transferred or shared between students.
- All classes must be used before their expiration dates

- Workshop and special event purchases cannot be refunded, made up, and any missed workshop results in the forfeiture of that event.

If you enroll in a class and are on the waitlist, you may be placed into a class up to 4 hours prior to class start time. Cancellations must be done before you make it into the class or 12 hours prior to the class start time. No-shows will be charged $10 and class forfeiture.
