You may be surprised to find that guys are becoming a more common sight in this sport. Almost all competitions now offer a men’s division. Men are allowed to take our program. If you are uncomfortable with a gentleman being in your class, just contact the studio and one of our instructors will let you know if a man is scheduled in your class that day. Men are also welcomed at all parties, group lessons and private events.
We understand that everyone is unique and this includes clothing restrictions.  Although tee-shirts and shorts are preferred, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re left out from this amazing experience. Depending on your specific circumstances, we can advise you on the best possible way to go about planning so you’re able to get the experience you deserve whether it be getting sticky pants(along with what they are) or taking one of our low flow classes. To better assist you please Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.
Do not be late!
Anyone who arrives late WILL NOT be allowed into class and WILL be considered a late cancel. This is for your safety (a proper warm up is mandatory), and respect (cuts into other people’s time).

You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. You may arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class to avoid being late. Please note, we currently do not permit entry to the studio prior to this timeframe. This is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our trainers and other students by showing up on time as tardiness is disruptive to the training experience we aim to provide.

BPF does not do any scheduling for students, this includes cancellations, changes or reservations, unless you want a private event

Yes! Just have your parent/guardian fill out this waiver –> Under 18 Waiver
Most classes are 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
Food is not allowed during classes. Please keep food out of the studio and eat after class.

If you are looking for a more intimate group experience, or time for group photos, videos & fun, then we suggest a private group lesson reservation. Your group will be the only guests inside the studio during your reservation. Classes are not private experiences, and we suggest groups of 4 or more reserve a group lesson. Groups that make a class reservation and become disruptive will be asked to leave without refund.

Group lessons are 60 minutes long and based on per person pricing. Everyone in the studio must pay, regardless of participation. For larger groups we suggest making a reservation for our 90 minute pole party, which will give you more pole time. For pricing options please visit Pricing

  • Check your visit history. From there you can see which packages were used to pay for your classes.
  • Check your schedule of upcoming classes, you may have made into a class from a waitlist
If a class is full, get onto a waitlist. Cancelations happen all the time! You have a very high likelihood of making it into a class from the waitlist, especially on the day of the class when most cancelations happen. Plan to come to the class. You can be placed into a class up to 4 hours prior to the start of a class, so if you do not plan to come to the class, you must take yourself off of the waitlist. The 12 hour cancelation policy still applies to a waitlist, if you make it into the class after the 12 hour mark you will lose the class & get a $10 late cancel fee. For the best scheduling experience, download our BPF APP to keep track of class and make easy scheduling changes.
We suggest all students opt in to receive notifications from BPF. Scheduling changes, Class cancelations and studio updates are sent out via email/text message. Students are still responsible for their schedule even when notifications are turned off or not received.
